Terms of Use

1. Who we are
Albion Hall is operated by Albion Hall Social Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 11428937), with offices at 71 Threadneedle Street, London EC2R 8AY.
2. Eligibility
Membership is restricted to adults aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. We may request proof of age and address at any time.
3. The service
Albion Hall is a free-to-play social play platform. In-app chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or exchanged for cash, goods, or services. The platform is not regulated gambling.
4. Member conduct
- You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- You will not attempt to manipulate chips, leaderboards, or any game outcome.
- You will treat other members and staff with courtesy.
- You will not create more than one account.
5. Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual property
All content, designs, software, and trade marks on Albion Hall remain the property of Albion Hall Social Ltd or its licensors.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, our liability to any member is capped at £100. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
