Data controller
Albion Hall Social Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this service. Our ICO registration is ZA614920.
What we collect
- Account details: display name, email, date of birth, country of residence.
- Gameplay data: chip balance, hands played, table preferences.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, timezone, basic analytics events.
- Support correspondence: messages you send to the care team.
Legal bases
We rely on the contract you enter when joining for most processing, your consent for marketing and optional analytics, and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe and lawful.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept for the life of your membership and 24 months after closure. Support tickets are retained for 36 months. Analytics events are aggregated after 14 months.
Who we share with
Our infrastructure providers (UK and EEA data centres), our email and chat tooling, and law enforcement where legally compelled. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights under UK GDPR
- Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
