Fair Gameplay
How we keep the cards honest and the wheel true.
Random number generation
All shuffles, throws, drops and wheel outcomes use a cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator (ChaCha20, seeded from the operating system entropy pool). The same generator powers the UK National Lottery.
Independent audit
We publish a quarterly randomness report verified by Cobham Mathematical Services Ltd, an independent testing house based in Surrey. The most recent report (Q1 2026) is available in the Help Centre.
House edge
Because no money is at stake, the published edge of our 21 table (0.52%) and the wheel (2.7%) is purely for leaderboard balance. It is identical to standard published European rules.
Anti-collusion
We monitor multi-account patterns, IP overlaps, and unusual chip transfers on the friend-gift feature. Confirmed collusion ends in account closure and forfeit of leaderboard standing.
Dispute process
If you believe a hand was dealt incorrectly, raise it via support within 7 days. We retain a tamper-evident log of every hand for 90 days and will replay it with you.
